ClinicScribe ghi âm cuộc trò chuyện giữa bác sĩ và bệnh nhân, chuyển âm thanh thành văn bản, rồi biến bản ghi thành tài liệu lâm sàng có cấu trúc, dễ rà soát, dịch, chỉnh sửa, lưu lại và tìm kiếm sau này. ClinicScribe records doctor-patient conversations, transcribes the audio, and converts the transcript into structured clinical documentation that is easy to review, translate, edit, save, and search later.

Từ âm thanh thành ghi chú lâm sàng Audio to Clinical Notes

Ghi lại buổi khám, gửi âm thanh qua hệ thống chuyển lời nói thành văn bản có phân biệt người nói, rồi tạo ghi chú SOAP, tóm tắt, kế hoạch theo dõi và dấu hiệu cảnh báo.
